Yin Yoga Basics: Breath & Flow with Yin yoga founder Paulie Zink

Paulie Zink is the founder of Yin yoga. He received intensive private training for ten years as the sole protege of a Chinese Qigong and Kung fu master. Paulie is a three time international martial arts grand champion and is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility, artistry and power in movement. He originated his art of Yin yoga out of the foundation of Taoist Qigong taught to him by his master, combined with his own studies of Taoist alchemy and his observations of various animals. He developed numerous postures, transitions, movements, and meditations designed to restore our innate ability to move with power and grace, to enhance energetic awareness in the body, and to awaken our primal spirit.
