"I will be turning 66 soon. I wanted to let you know that I did not experience any more toe cramps after you demonstrated some toe stretches. I’m pretty sure that I was not getting my toes stretched deep enough in the toes curled under stretch and I’m grateful for your tip to get my hips at or below my ankles! Huge epiphany for me. It’s always the little details that can make a huge difference and bring more growth.

Your simple instructions for the splits really works for me. I’m so close to having my crotch touch the floor. Incredible results again from a few tweaks of how I enter the splits and to stretch my front leg out in front first and then straighten the back leg.

You are an incredible resource for my continued growth and an inspiration for creative approaches to embodying the spirit of yoga. I really appreciate that you see the potential for growth in everyone no matter their age, size or experience. Yoga truly is for everyone."
