Paulie won Grand Champion at the Long Beach International Karate Championships 3 consecutive years ('81-'83). Paulie was privately and intensively trained by his master for 10 years. Paulie learned three distinct Kung fu styles along with Qigong. Paulie competed in dozens of martial art tournaments, from local to regional to national level, winning the grand championship in all of them. Paulie is the founder of Yin yoga.
