Master Zink shows you how to learn principles of balance, flow, and efficiency so that you can transform your movements, postures, and ultimately your life in a fun and creative way. Paulie’s playful and lighthearted delivery offers basic techniques that provide a foundation to restore our innate ability to embody power and grace in our in daily lives. In these sessions Master Zink discusses the balance of Yin and Yang, dark and light. He authentically demonstrates this balance in his movements, words and presentation. Each session contains a separate set of postures.
Paulie Zink is the founder of Yin yoga. He received intensive private training for ten years as the sole protege of a Chinese Qigong and Kung fu master. Paulie is a three time international martial arts grand champion and is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility, artistry and power in movement. He originated his art of Yin yoga out of the foundation of Taoist Qigong taught to him by his master, combined with his own studies of Taoist alchemy and his observations of various animals. He developed numerous postures, transitions, movements, and meditations designed to restore our innate ability to move with power and grace, to enhance energetic awareness in the body, and to awaken our primal spirit.
